NATALIE KAMINSKI

Empowering Non-Tech Founders on Their Tech Journey

About

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Natalie Kaminski is a dynamic and resourceful web and mobile technology entrepreneur. She is currently the CEO and founder of JetRockets, which builds unique software solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.Natalie’s journey to successful founder isn’t a particularly common one. She was born in Russia and grew up in Ukraine and then Israel. She arrived in Minneapolis at 18, working to put herself through college and a programming certificate. By 22, Natalie was leading her first team. Over the next decade, she gained experience across programming, project management, quality assurance, business analysis, and finally as the COO of a small software development company. She left that position because she’d always had an entrepreneurial streak, always planned to start her own business; now was the time.JetRockets was born of circumstance and gumption. When a connection asked for a recommendation for a software development firm, Natalie didn’t hesitate to volunteer her own (as yet nonexistent) team. Her first two developers, Igor Aleksandrov and Alexei Solilin, became her co-founders. JetRockets now boasts a team of 65+ across the globe and is growing rapidly, building staff and revenue 100% year over year. They serve well-known clients like LendingOne, Orbit, and eBay, split between three objectives: JetRockets helps tech startups turn their ideas into high-quality, interactive digital products (from ideation to MVP to long-term support); works with non-tech businesses who want to improve operations and increase efficiency; and partners with clients to build in-house technology teams. Notably, 70% of that work is long-term. Natalie is committed to developing ongoing relationships with clients in which their success is linked. This success is also tied, closely, to Natalie’s commitment to her employees. She considers herself responsible for their wellbeing, their livelihood and job satisfaction. In fact, their first ever employee is still with the company. In 2020, she converted the company to a TEAL self-management organization, which has increased work ethic and job satisfaction.
In 2022, she took her responsibility for her workers to a new level, helping 46 of her Russia-based employees safely relocate outside the country during the war in Ukraine.
Outside of JetRockets, Natalie builds both tech products and communities. She is the Co-Founder of OneTribe.team, a leave management platform for hybrid and remote teams, which will soon launch publicly. Natalie is also a member of Hampton, a private network for high growth entrepreneurs, and she holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Natalie lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two daughters.
